We hope you love your Zeus Juice purchase but understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.  If you do, please see our options below.

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at support@zeusgroup.uk or on 01213140790 with your order number. We will then advise you how to process your return.

Missing/Incorrect Items

If you find a product missing from your delivery, or differs from what you have ordered, you can report it to us via email at support@zeusgroup.uk or on 01213140790 within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and we will find a satisfactory solution. Claims outside of this timescale will not be considered. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Unwanted Items

If you wish to send back an unwanted item (for example: you ordered the wrong nicotine strength), you can initiate a return with us. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery at support@zeusgroup.uk or on 01213140790 with your order number. We will then advise you how to process your return.

  • You contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery to initiate your return
  • Item/s must be unopened and returned in their original packaging
  • You ensure your order number is clearly highlighted on or inside your package
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us
  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once received
  • You use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • You will receive your refund via your original payment method within 1-3 working days once all conditions have been met

Product Faults

If something isn’t right, please let us know via support@zeusgroup.uk or on 01213140790 and we will find a satisfactory solution. If a defect or damage is found within 90 days of delivery, we will offer you a like-for-like exchange or if you prefer, a refund. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the issue ourselves first.

  • We do not cover defects caused by accidental damage or misuse
  • You contact us within 90 days of your delivery date to initiate your exchange/refund
  • You ensure your order number is clearly highlighted on or inside your package
  • Provide details of the fault inside the package
  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once received (if applicable)
  • You use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages
  • You will receive your refund including any shipping costs incurred via your original payment method within 1-3 working days once all conditions have been met or you will receive your replacement product(s) next working day once all conditions have been met (UK Only, international shipping will vary)
