03/11/2020 – Considering the National lock down from Thursday the 5th November, The Zeus Group has taken all reasonable precautions and will continue to operate as below. The only exception to this will be the closure of our outlet retail shop which will close until restrictions are lifted.
Due to the recent additional Coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions and heightened risks of the pandemic, The Zeus Group are introducing further measures to protect everyone. The safety of our staff is our number one priority; The Zeus Group will ensure that operating with reduced headcount through illness and self-isolation does not create additional well-being or compliance issues for those employees working more hours to provide cover (e.g. fatigue/accidents). We have created effective and compliant shift patterns, rotas, and rosters to deal with a significant increase in demand related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), however please bear with us if your order is slightly delayed because of these changes. The Zeus Group will continue to strive to provide exceptional customer service levels throughout these challenging times.

The safety and welfare of our teammates has slowed down our processes and consequently resulted into delays. However, we remain fully operational. We are following best practice guidelines to mitigate against Covid-19 whilst monitoring GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES DAILY.
All teammates have a transparent workplace policy. It is voluntary for them to work at a rate that they feel is fair.
Whilst our warehouse team are currently working with social distancing measures in place, rest assured they are doing all they can to ensure that the orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on your emails for further updates confirming a delivery.
We are facing challenging times along with chaos, anxiety, and uncertainty effecting everyone. There are many things we are doing to mitigate the effects of COVID 19.

Advice is available to all teammates from healthy living, exercise, and diet to providing a full range of psychological services to assist through this uncertainty and its effects on family and friends.
We will work to best practice guidelines and be transparent on our operations via a traffic light status put on the web page showing the latest updates on how COVID-19 is affecting Scan’s ability to operate.
All of The Zeus Group’s core supply partners are committed to help mitigate the supply chain disruptions. We will have daily updates on supply and try our best to ensure stock outs are kept to a bare minimum.
Getting the above areas right, we will do all we can to keep our service standards as high as possible to our loyal customers.
